C210k is a good start
Little and often to start with mate with good breaks in between. Once you can do 5k (even with walking breaks) get yourself to parkrun on Saturday mornings. Get some decent shoes to help too.
As everyone else says, 12 weeks is a good training time - you should have a pretty good cardio system with your cycling, it's just getting used to plodding again.
