My opinion as a genuine ornithologist

I don't like it one bit, but I detest the killing of wild birds even more.

We have to remember that birds like pheasants which are here purely for shooting would not be here if it was not for the people that shoot them. For that reason I don't see any harm in shooting pheasants, grouse et cetera which have a good life and can always find enough food.

I do have a problem with ducks and geese as these are wild creatures.

My biggest problem is that so many people who manage moles think it be right to kill protected better pray. I wish the punishment would be much harder for them. It's one of the biggest crimes we have in this country in that and entire species is close to being wiped I do have a problem with ducks and geese as these are wild creatures.
