I've said before I think Neil should have gone.

Not because I think he is awful or even a t**t, but because I think we probably needed some fresh direction.

The thing that binary, black and white posters don't seem to understand, however, is that it is also possible to entirely accept and respect the decision of the club not to sack him and to not be in any way angry or frothy about it.

I am perfectly content that the club will have given this a huge amount of thought and that they have made a judgement which they feel, right now, is the correct one.
