last year I went from doing no exersise to running the 10k

in just over an hour after about 3 months training. I found I used to get bored of just running 3/4 times a week so I used to bike and use a cross trainer etc to get my fitness up. When you start getting donations for you charity etc it will give you the determination to get out and train.

Enjoy the whole experience, the race day is absolutely lovely a real joy to be apart of and its great to run around all the fine city's landmarks.
