Yes it is sad but its the real world of football and the fact is that

they have had opportunities to sustain us at the top level and continue to benefit from the prem tv money and the club have screwed them up and this season we had a very good chance of getting back up again but have made a right pigs ear of it so far.

If you are going to survive under the Delia and MWJ model then I think you need to be ruthless and have very good judgment. Our board appears to possess neither of those qualities.
