No, I just think that football management isn't really like other jobs.

I don't think, in employment law, there is a fixed set of competency expectations which mean that he can be dismissed, without recompense, for a team's poor performance.

I would imagine lawyers would have a field day proving that a manager has not failed in this regard and that other factors were just as important.
