The ability to handle failure. Neil had known nothing but success until last season - and it now appears that he doesn't have the ability to break out of a spiral of decline. And with us being what we are, whenever we are in the Premier League there will be times when we have half a dozen bad results on the bounce. Neil seems not to have the ability to get the players out of a defeatist mindset.
