The game against Bolton under Neil
Last time we were in the Championship sums the difference for me. That day we ended up with Jerome, Grabban and Hooper all on the pitch trying to win the game. Of all Neil's faults it is his inflexibility that causes me the biggest problem. Under Lambert we used to be flexible depending on the opposition. E.g Newcastle struggling for dominant centre backs so he played both Holt and Morrison.
