Doesn't sound like what we need at all.

I'd be more likely to think he'd be what we need if he'd taken Brunch down and then back up.

Other than the fact a change can be good in and of itself I'd rather have Neil on paper than him.

I'd rather someone with extensive coaching experience and who has experienced a wide range of footballing things. Not just jobbed around in the lower leagues.
