Well…

He took a Birmingham team who appeared to be sliding towards League 1 and kept them up, then turned them into play-off contenders while being allowed to spend about £2.60 on players.

Also took Burton to the play-offs twice and left them near the top of the league.

I'm not banging the drum for him coming here particularly, but you'd imagine he might do better than the current incumbent and have a better chance of turning around the collapsing clown car that we have become.
