think the defence is fine is someone can organise it properly
most of them have kept a lot of clean sheets in the Prem before and half of them are internationals for resonably good teams.
Under Neil they just look like a collection of individuals though - almost never play as a unit. Someone like Allardyce or Hodgson would shore us up in no time.
