And say someone like Rowett comes in. Do you think much will change in the long term?

Sure we will in all likelihood see a bit more direction on the pitch (it wouldn't be difficult to beat at the moment). But long term how do you see things changing if at all? It seems like we have a squad that we're mostly stuck with until someone takes player off us/contracts run out. The squad is strong on paper but it needs an overhaul to shift some players on who have got a bit comfortable.

Personally speaking, even as an eternal optimist, I struggle to see too much changing without a different influence/ownership/investment (call it what you will). There's a fog hanging over the club at the moment and it doesn't seem like there's anyone to steer us through it.
