twice before very efficiently, so Saturday I bought these massive steaks, plonked them on the smoker, kept checking them and they seemed OK but by the time we were ready to eat they were tougher than the soles of airwear boots, I also f**ked up my tempura onion rings because I didn't have cornflour, put mustard on mine that had gone off, which I didn't even now could happen. Horrendous horrendous, horrendous & everyone normally loves my cooking, but ffs, confidence knocked.
