Recruiting left something to be desired but we didn't lose very much so

the squad should still be plenty good enough.

We are clearly stuck with Neil for the immediate future so I am going to stop calling for him to be removed (I am on record as saying that should have happened a long time ago and I believe he will be sacked eventually this season when things are worse) because all we can do is hope that he somehow shows as yet unseen skills and manages to turn this around. It is however my view that our overriding and biggest issue is that we have a poor manager who the players do not fully back.
