As a cat owner myself I sympathise totally. Very sad.

I might go against the trend though regarding getting another one (if you said you had two). It can be hard getting two cats to live together: we had a second cat when our first was about 5 years old and they never really got on. Tolerated was about as good as it got and I do wonder if we made both their lives more stressful, even though they managed a long time together.

Anyway, whatever, best of luck with it. I do feel for you all.
