So sorry Jester - just saw this morning and it really is heartbreaking. But think of how much good you could do with finding a home for another kitty in need when you're ready.

And although it sounds a bit extreme Blue Cross provides help on how to deal with a pet bereavement - particularly about how to explain to children.
