I'm not sure he fully understands the question.

Not quite sure how he intends to help anything. Him trying to interfere in this Brexit pallaver is only going to harden the minds of those in favour of it.

eg if he's hoping he can lead a second referendum to save us from Brexit, I strongly suspect it'd just result in an even firmer out vote. The man is toxic.
