I don't have an issue with Parliament deciding on the terms of our exit

We are a parliamentary democracy after all. If MP's defy their voters then they should be voted out and replaced by MP's who represent their constituents. I don't therefore have an issue with the fundamental finding of this case.

The problem here is that the procedure is rubbish and in my view is only going to work if all involved are sensible and pragmatic and prepared to thrash out the bones of any deal for the UK post exit before we serve Article 50. We could then in theory serve notice and leave in less than 2 years if everything has already been agreed. However, you have to seriously doubt if that will happen when you look at the infantile and pathetic attitude coming from Brussels since our vote.

If our MP's insists on being able to vote on the detail/redlines of any deal before May serves Article 50 then Article 50 is not going to be served in my view.
