not really but i'll give it a go
firstly refurb the odeon cinema into swanky apartments. bring back the guitar emporium, clear out the canarycueclub and turn it into a cheese marshmallow bistro, merge the poundshop and QDs into a massive casino, give the indian takeaway a new lick of paint and re-brand the entire thing as a soviet theme park.
