we know what the outcome of the Brexit negotiations looks like.

Any speculation now (either for or against Brexit or it likely effects) is pretty pointless really. We don't know for sure what the UK's 'lines in the sand' will be and we have no real idea what the other 27 EU countries will allow or not as the case may be. the commission can make all sorts of noises, but its up to the other 27 member states on what terms we leave.
