Is an article about the fall in sterling that *has happened* (and in fact is now quite a bit bigger, as of the past week).
Which is indeed a marking down of the value of stuff in the UK, compared with those everywhere else. And will be felt by everyone, every time we buy things that come from abroad, or include things within them that came from abroad.
Which is a lot of what we all buy.
