meaning that his wages alone will come to quarter of a million. Add on another 150k for Rehman's wages. Plus loan fee which we usually seem to pay. And agents' fees. And expenses.

You're right, probably doesn't come to a million. 750k? I dunno. Waste of money, whatever.
