Honestly I'd just go with "everyone who didn't play Saturday", but it sounds like he might not do that. Maybe something like

Ruddy
Whitts-Bass-Turner-Cafu
Thommo
Josh-Pritch-Naismith-Canos
Oliveira

Tempting to line that up as a diamond but Everton would walk all over us a bit if we did that. But I've only kept Cafu from Saturday and User Posted Link makes me think he'll keep more players in than that.

We've another three league games next week so I think it's important to keep the seniors fresh. I don't know if Olly might get some minutes to help his fitness.
