I think this slab was laid post war, certainly 40+ years ago

its in good condition but I had thought my only option is to bang back into it to get fixings. Am planning on drilling thru and resin fixing threaded rods, then bolt down sole plate on top of DPC. Being as neat as poss around the rods with the DPC.

Should I just go for it then, Den?
