Anyone know anything about building dwarf walls and the applications of DPC betwixt brick

and timber?

Ie: do I mortar it onto the brick before bolting down the sole plate to take the timber, or just lash it between with a few dabs of no nails, or just lash it in between 'neat'.

I've not got a f**king clue, lads.
