The EU is not undemocratic

The UK electorate may have a smaller proportion of influence but that is just the effect of democracy when it operates on a much larger scale.

The Council and Commission are both appointed by democratically elected governments and they take decisions on a democratic basis (mostly - there are still some areas of competence that need an arguably undemocratic unanimous vote).

It's parliament is democratically elected (and on a much fairer basis than ours is). It doesn't have a legislative chamber full of people appointed as a political favour, unlike our system.

It may be a beurocratic behemoth with a great many faults, but it's not undemocratic except from a purely domestic viewpoint (ie the idea that I can't control UK matters because there are 26 other nations that also have a say and I might be outVOTED).
