Neil has played a significant part in that, hasn't he?

I see him also as one for the future too. Unless we are free-falling in the league with little chance of being amongst the top 6 at the end of the season, I don't see why changing him makes sense.

Like someone said down below, if Boro and Burnley can both get the same number of points as us after only 5 games and go on to get promoted, why can't we?? Did they change their managers??
