Notes from yesterday
Surprised to see Ruddy replaced at half time. Thought he and AN had a bust up but now know he has a groin strain.
Original back four were OK and didn't need to be anything else
Pinto looked good when he saw the ball, which wasn't often!
Brady, Wes and Naismith all played within 5m of each other on the left. Only passed to each other, this allowed Wednesday to crowd them out successfully. Should we play all three in the same team? exceedingly obvious from high in the Kevin Reeves stand
Howson just wasn't in the game he can't have touched the ball more than 10 times first half, nor the second!
Brady was good on the ball, but the percentage of completed passes would struggle to meet double digits
Tetty was Tetty. Lots of hard work, great at winning the ball back, some good distribution and some poor distribution. All in all not a bad performance.
Naismith should shoot when he gets the chance!
Jerome, not one of his better games ...
Murphy had one or two good moments, but didn't look confident
Mulumbu played well when he came on
All in all Wednesday aren't too shabby. We need a goal scorer and someone in midfield prepared to pass the ball more than 5m and spread the attacks.
