Overall yes

If that's what remaining a strong, stable community club rather than being just some Chinese businessman's toy plaything entails.
Even with an investor we aren't realistically going to challenge the big boys, the odds are we're just going to be making up the numbers in the Prem with all the other foreigner's toys.
