West Brom the latest club to be sold to foreign investors.

Another Chinese consortium getting a foothold in English football. Jeremy Peace one of the last of the 'old skool' football club owners is on his way out.

I wonder with new members appointed to our board, whether there will be any fresh impetus or appetite for external investment? Sentiment has held us back thus far. Being a nice friendly little family club perhaps had its place thirty years ago, but in the modern era of professional football, it would be a dereliction of duty and a disservice to the community should the majority of the board be happy to maintain the status quo.

It's all been too cosy for too long. No-one who has the greater interests of Norwich City FC at heart, should be content with being a big fish in a small pond.
