Training complete for Run Nodge. Non-speedy 7-miles into work this AM.

Feeling pretty strong. Ran my quickest 10k in many years last Thursday, including a mile in 07:48 which for me is like lightning. Still slower than my target time for Sunday, but it included 2.5 - 3 miles of climbing, which Run Nodge won't have.
