I used to get this every pre season
Avoid running on roads and pavements (grass is fine even if hard)
Put shock absorbers in your shoes
Take re had slowly as you will find that it feels fine when running in straight lines, goes when you try and turn suddenly
Do lots of stretching, toes on stairs then drop your heels etc
