I always train with music, but never use music on race day.

Honestly, you won't miss it. There's so much to think about (roadcraft stuff like making sure you're not bumping into people, not getting in people's way, finding a lovely looking arse to follow for a few hundred yards), and so much going on to take in (supporters, music/bands on the route, simply enjoying being able to run in places you never could usually) your mind will be plenty occupied.
