pristina kosovo is by far the better punt, more edgier than tirana but in a good vibrant youtherish way. albania is terrilbly shackled by it's communist past, kosovo (pristina at least) is young and vibrant and a sexy but not threatening in the slightest. it's shabby and brash and rude and friendly at the same time but i love it. it takes time to get to know like anywhere but it's really well worth a look.
