O'Neil does it to some extent, Naismith barks at his fellow forwards, but is that enough?
Our back 4, bar Klose, just cry at each other when its all gone tits up. We need a shouter constantly on peoples cases. Not really had one since Holt. Before that, Dublin.
I'd love to see someone like Carrick come in, just stand in front of the back 4 all day pinging simple passes and shouting and pointing.
