Bourbon is eminently mixable

The proper stuff, not so much.

I'm still not liking the idea of whacking gin etc in the freezer. I will try it out of curiosity but i can't see how its good for the subtle tastes. (But I like my martinis 'waved in the direction of Italy' so doing very much at all with gin just seems wrong.)
