Of course coaches & scouts these days tend to be paired with the manager. And when Neil dumped the Football Board (a McNally vanity-project, if ever there was one) we had to start again.

A Director of Football role should create stability, but even these are now liable to be poached by other clubs. Someone like Hucks (loves the area, clearly not too ambitious) might fit.
