Just to add to that i think its all symptomatic of their not being

a joined up system. We've been at times employing a transfer strategy that requires a big budget without having that budget but then perhaps if you can't do your homework or have the network then you have to go for the obvious targets.

January was better (Klose looks good, you can see there is a player in Pinto even if short term he wasn't really what we needed and I like the idea of signing a few young non-league players with potential) so maybe we are now getting our house in order,
