that tells me all I need to know about that post.

We have two years of parachute payments (huge, but only two years). If we don't go up next years we are putting ALL our eggs in the season after, because once the parachute payments are gone it will be VERY difficult ever getting back up (since we'll be going up against teams with those ?40m+ payments plus in lots of cases big outside investment)

To be honest the rest of that post also reads like utter tosh. It is only interesting in a "where the hell do these people come from" sort of way...
