Howe has had almost a decade to build a team and develop it
while he has also had stronger financial backing this season. When his players have been injured, he's been afforded replacements. The way his team performs is due to years of good work, it's not an overnight success. That's why they have such a strong identity.
Alex Neil had a few months before the start of this season to work with a mess of a squad that was largely built by other managers. To expect him to have forged a strong identity with worse players in such a significantly shorter amount of time is bizarre.
It's such an utterly pointless comparison.
