I imagine he's hard but fair. I wouldn't expect anything else.

I don't want him to leave, however I do want the Board to work out exactly what it is they want and actually try to deliver the strategy to achieve it

I thought 13-14 would teach big lessons yet none have been learned. The abject failure to recruit properly, the chasing of uninterested, unnattainable players, the retention of patently incapable players, the pointless, pointless loans.

No point saying the club did their best. They absolutely 100% did not.
