I'd probably play Redmond up front to be honest; I'd rather see us lose by trying to play football than see us lose by watching Big Dave or CamJam try to knock down headers for 90 minutes.

Brady and Jarvis out wide, Wes or Naismith behind Redders. Keep the ball on the floor, get Smalling turned towards his own goal. Jarvis and Brady can get back and defend but when we have the ball, Pinto, Brady, Jarvis, Redders....low crosses, at pace, shoot on sight, score goals.

Easy this managing lark innit
