After Newcastle that all changed and the fear of giving other teams something to worry about to me isn't evidence of learning from what he did well at that time as well as what went wrong.
The team he picked at Palace I would largely understand if the objective was to nick a point but not the side he picked against Sunderland. These two last games were our best chance of getting the points we need and neither Wes nor Redmond started either.
As for Bamford, how could he know? The guy has started one game for us so presumably he doesn't think he is the answer.
And Naismith has done nothing yet (apart from fall over) to justify the price tag or the time we spent pursuing him. Which is precisely why I think either Wes or Redmond should have started in his place.
