Neil actually started tinkering after about ten games at which point our performances
Regressed hugely. Yes we were not always getting what we deserved out of games due to defensive errors but we were generally playing well, creating lots and looking like we could be mid table. Then he started dropping/resting Wes and making various other changes after the Newcastle game and it all went a bit wrong.
The blueprint for our season (result aside) should have been the West Ham away game where we were excellent and looked a really slick, well coached team.
