And most people called him a bulls**tter too. The usual reaction when people don't want to believe something might be going on (a bit like elite refs decisions, and the fact football has no intention of using technology for as long as possible)
I remember a mate falling when I was 17 out with me and mocking me cos I said Linford Christie looked like he was on drugs. He'd mock me in front of mates for years after. Turns out everyone but Carl Lewis in that 100m final were on drugs, not just Ben Johnson
