They're building a new primary in our village thats gonna be an academy

I was very sceptical, my political allegiances left of centre and i've voted Labour all my life.

However I have met the head of the academy trust many times and she's the most driven and professional teacher I have ever met. They've now appointed a head and she seems perfect for a new village primary.

They're still having a board of parental Governers to hold the teachers & school accountable.

Quite frankly I have been incredibly impressed from the start, be interesting to see how it pans out but we are so impressed we're sending our eldest son there in September.
