You need to get a gift voucher that can be emailed given how little time you have

So google for a spa (eg the Sanctuary) who will email a voucher for a day's pampering break for her and a friend

Or a nice hotel that will email a voucher for a short break

Or one of these experience companies that will email a half day driving a Ferrari at a track or flying hawks or filleting fish or cooking (Pru Leith used to offer vouchers for various cooking courses, fish or pastry or whatever)

Next year, plan ahead ...
