Car servicing and MOT advice required

Car needs it service and 3 yrs old MOT.

Honda Holden (its a honda) want ?280 for the service and MOT, bit excessive as there really shouldn't be fuggall wrong with it (its done barely 15k) and the last 2 services with Honda have been poor (lost logbook, didn't valet it properly, doubt they actually did the fluids)

So where should I go for service and MOT?
Don't care about courtesy car.
