No I don't think Neil is performing well and as i said yesterday, a club like us

cannot afford to have a manager who is not performing well. I wouldn't class his performance level as sh*t (although I think it wouldn't be unfair to do so over the last 20 games based on the results) because the performances have retained a level of respectability but his performance is certainly average at best. We are unable/unwilling to compete financially with most clubs at this level so we need to always have a manager who is on top of their game and capable of winning us points with their tactical acumen.
