Alex neil said we did not have a recruitment team in place at the start of the summer, presume thats Mcnally's fault.
Alex neil would appear to tell mcnally who he wants (or agrees to sell) and then mcbonus does the negotiating.
We were apparently close to signing defender and striker in last days of summer window but selling clubs wouldnt sell because they couldnt get their own replacement. A very costly lesson that you should get business done early.
